Domestic Violence Among Trauma Patients

This article highlights a study that indicates that Domestic violence appears to be prevalent among trauma patients. Violence has been increasing among children and adults and rates continue to be high especially among female trauma patients. Robust mandatory screening and interventions are needed to better evaluate domestic violence among trauma patients.
